Berchtesgadener Advent 2024
The Christmas market in Berchtesgaden will once again take place in the historic center in 2024. Please note the current opening times when planning your visit. Reservations require a lead time of one day.

November 22 - December 23
Weekdays: 12 - 8 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
December 26 - January 03
12 - 7 p.m.
December 24 and December 31
10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
December 25th closed
Programme proposal:
- Between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm – Guided tour of the Berchtesgaden salt mine
- then a visit to the Berchtesgaden Advent Market (only 2 km from the salt mine). Every guest receives a voucher for an "Adventhaferl" (a festive mug) including a mulled wine at the Advent Market.
